Our Responsible Engagements
Negociation for Children.
ADN Kids is the 1st negotiation training program for children to fight violence and bullying on school grounds.
Since the beginning, ADN has supported, encouraged and financed the actions of ADN Kids.
Committed for tomorrow.
Since 2019, ADN experts have been involved voluntarily in the training program for anesthesia-resuscitation residents to train them in themes related to negotiation: dilemma management, difficult announcements, recovery after intense phases or even the 'influence.
A unique program in France led by doctors Emmanuelle Dolla and Mathieu Raux and supported by Sorbonne University.
At the heart of negotiation.
ADN has been a partner of the United Nations since 2018. Training of diplomats, support on sensitive negotiations for member states, organization of the World Negotiation Day at the United Nations Palace, co-editor of the Negotiation bulletin, over the years the partnership keeps getting stronger.
Alongside those who need it.
Founded in 2016, the Center of Competence in Humanitarian Negotiations (CCHN) is a joint initiative of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders Switzerland, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the Nations World Food Program united. Since 2018, ADN experts have voluntarily trained humanitarian negotiators in crisis negotiation and stress management.
Negotiation, skill of 21st century.
The University of Harvard stands out for its complex negotiation courses designed and led by Marwan Mery, negotiator and director of ADN. Since 2020, the Complex Negotiation in Crisis Situation module has been deployed to students.
