A graduate of an engineering school and a Master's degree from HEC, she held negotiation and management positions throughout her career within prestigious companies (Danone, Marie and Kronenbourg) before taking the helm. commercial of Nespresso. Experienced in high-tension negotiations, she negotiated for many years with major French retailers.
Today, Silvia trains, assists and negotiates on behalf of numerous organizations and ministries. Advisor to several COMEXes, she is also the author of three successful books on negotiation and sales.
