CERTIFIABLE PROGRAM IN 4 LEVELS
The Essentials masterclass offers tools that are immediately assimilated and usable in daily negotiations based on the PACIFICAT© reference to prepare for, conduct, close and debrief any kind of negotiation.
It is the 1st level of a training process of 4 training certificates.
The Advanced masterclass delves deeper into the PACIFICAT© reference by working with more advanced strategies, managing complex profiles or working on stress management or deteriorating emotions.
This is the 2nd level of a training process of 4 training certificates.
The Expert masterclass attacks the more complex notions of the PACIFICAT© reference via analyzing the credibility of threats and ultimatums, decision-making, methods to gain the upper-hand in tense negotiations or conducting a difficult debriefing.
This is the 3rd level of a training process of 4 training certificates.
The Professional masterclass will go over the very advanced notions of the PACIFICAT© reference such as neutralizing threats and ultimatums, the ability to resist pressure, managing manipulation and/or lying or even managing the refusal to negotiate.
This is the 4th and last level in a training process in complex negotiation.
