Complex negotiation – Basics

This training course is intended for young negotiators and is based on the fundamentals of negotiation. Over two days the participants will learn to structure the preparation for a negotiation, define and prioritize their objectives, build a stock of their arguments, establish a schema of responses and concessions, learn how to create a favorable context and sign an agreement that is satisfying for everyone involved.

This training course alternates between a theoretic approach and both individual and group role-playing.

Eligible CPF

This training course is eligible for the CPF, which means participants can receive funding by the government.
