Collective agility

Stéphane Charlot

Presentation

Organizations are evolving in environments that are becoming more and more complex and are confronted with new kinds of stakes: globalization of markets, reduced cycles, acceleration of the flow of information, growing pressure on productivity and efficiency…
To be able to correctly carry out their mission teams need to develop their faculty for adaptation, reactivity and agility while maintaining a logic of anticipation and planification. In the business world these aptitudes have become essential to be able to maneuver in an uncertain environment, where performance is non-negotiable.
