An agency of professional negotiators

Cofounded in 2013 by Marwan Mery and Laurent Combalbert, ADN Group is currently directed by Marwan Mery and includes a whole team of professional negotiators and experts. They offer exceptional services on a daily basis – training courses, conferences, assistance – focusing on complex negotiation and corollary subjects (stress management, leadership, mental preparation…).

Marwan Mery travels the world each year, surrounded by his team of experts, to work with businesses, government organization and NGOs to resolve complex situations, including critical situations (kidnapping and ransom, extortion…) social conflicts, commercial negotiations with high stakes and diplomatic relations.

Marwan Mery
Our vision

Governance

Marwan Mery is a professional negotiator. Cofounder of ADN Group in 2013 with Laurent Combalbert, he is also the chairman of Hostage and Crisis Negotiation International Academy whose objective is to train elite units in resolving crisis through negotiation. In 2016 the Franco-American television series Ransom, which follows the story of a crisis negotiator, is based on the life experience of both French negotiators. In 2019, Marwan Mery was appointed member of the jury for the World Negotiation Day at the UN. Author of several publications on complex negotiation and its corollary subjects, he occasionally lectures at HEC Paris, after having taught for five years at the Sorbonne. As CEO of ADN Group he currently spends 50% of his time in the field and manages his overseas teams and offices from Paris.

The heart of our work is complex negotiation. Our work relies on a deeply humane vision of the world and is incorporated in the excellency of our approach and transmission.

Surrounded by Silvia Bravard-Meunier and Stéphane Charlot on the executive board, Marwan Mery watches over the balance between the group’s developing activity and the evolution in the current environment. ADN Group’s Executive Board works on defining strategic objectives and coordinating putting them to work.

A state of mind

Long term vision

ADN Group has united skill and talent. Each one of our experts insure the quality of their services on a daily basis, relying on their knowledge in transmission and their expertise in the entirety of their subjects. This strong basis, that is both operational and excellent, is ADN’s signature and the guarantee of a long-lasting action.

The foundations of performance

Our values

Our values form the basis for all ADN Group’s actions. They are the foundations of performance and longevity. Three fundamental values are shared by all team members: Excellency, Transmission and Protection.

Excellency

We carry out missions on a daily basis, not only operational missions, but also training courses and conferences and therefore there is no room for compromise. It is of great importance to the entire group to offer services of the highest quality and our teams give great attention to every detail. We have cultivated our difference by striving for excellency in even the smallest details.

Transmission

Transmission is at the very roots of ADN Group. This is what has established our legitimacy over the years. The foundation of our whole approach, transmission of knowledge, is one of our main commitments so that our expertise can be available to as many people as possible.

Protection

ADN Group has cultivated a mentality of mutual aid and support which privileges an altruistic vision of solidarity, open to the world. By getting involved in organisations and with people living in complex situations, we have made all our resources available to help find solutions that respect their identity and their autonomy.
