Marwan Mery is a professional negotiator. Cofounder of ADN Group in 2013 with Laurent Combalbert, he is also the chairman of Hostage and Crisis Negotiation International Academy whose objective is to train elite units in resolving crisis through negotiation. In 2016 the Franco-American television series Ransom, which follows the story of a crisis negotiator, is based on the life experience of both French negotiators. In 2019, Marwan Mery was appointed member of the jury for the World Negotiation Day at the UN. Author of several publications on complex negotiation and its corollary subjects, he occasionally lectures at HEC Paris, after having taught for five years at the Sorbonne. As CEO of ADN Group he currently spends 50% of his time in the field and manages his overseas teams and offices from Paris.

After graduating from HEC Geneva and obtaining and HRM in Behavioural Science and industrial Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, having a certified CIPD as well as numerous psychometric tools, Stéphanie Kveton works with ADN Group, on complex negotiation.

Due to his expertise in collecting human and technical intelligence, he now intervenes on behalf of businesses and other institutions on any questions related to cyber-security, namely, ransomware and violation of data.
A graduate from the National Police School, Jean-Louis is the head of an operational unit in the Police Force. He has strong experience, both in France and overseas, in securing diplomatic sites and works with businesses on the subjects of complex negotiation and crisis management.
